Thank you for shopping with TheCartzila. Because our cocopeat bricks are a natural, organic growing medium, please review our return and refund terms below before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Change of Mind

Because cocopeat is a natural, organic product, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the brick is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Once a brick has been soaked in water or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
• Let us know whether you'd like a replacement, exchange, or refund.
• Approved returns should be shipped back in original packaging; we'll confirm the return address with you.

Refund Processing

• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer once the return is received and inspected.
• Bank transfer orders are refunded to the same account within 5–7 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return terms above apply.
